Overview

This Langtang Trekking is a comparatively more challenging but demanding trek than other treks in the Langtang Region. Please note that this Trek is the best option for Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp Trek. You can collect a lifetime experience of exploring hidden mysterious mountains, observing traditional Himalayan culture, capturing shining peaks, entering into ancient Gompas, and soaking into pure natural flora and fauna.

Langtang Trekking starts driving from Kathmandu to Dhunche through a rough pastoral road and dense forest. You enter Langtang National Park – the habitat of a wide range of plants, birds, and animal species. You may encounter endangered wild animals such as Mongolia, black bears, snow leopards, musk deer, and Red Pandas.

During your Trek, you stroll on the rugged trails, pass through the various traditional settlements and green forests, observe spectacular snow-capped peaks, climb cliffs, cross rivers, and touch still lakes and white glaciers. Also, you visit the 700 years old monastery – Kyanjin Gompa and collect the experience of camping in different places – Ngegang, Keldang, and Duku.

In addition, you will feel hypnotized with the breathtaking views of the incredible mountain ranges such as Langtang Lirung Himal Ganesh Himal, including Annapurna ranges, Manaslu range, Lakpa Dorje, and a few other peaks. Find yourself standing at the top of Tsero Ri, capturing these jaw-dropping scenes of the Himalayan landscapes.
