Book your trip a down-payment of just 30% of your total trip cost. You can pay rest of the amount after arriving at Kathmandu or before the trip begins.
No fee will charge if you postpone your trip at least 10 days before your last allocated date.
You can any time pick a date to reshedule your trip, but please let us know a week before you plan your next date.
If somehow your trip to one destination is stopped due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disaster or wars, we’ll offer you next destination with the same money you have paid earlier.
Regarding Trip Cancellation In case you decide not to travel with us or have some issues that you cannot manage your time after booking a trip, then we’ll consider the 30% down-payment as a trip cancellation fee. If you have paid full amount or have paid more than 30% then, we’ll return the rest of money to you. Charging cancellation fee, even after risk free booking policy might seems unfair at first. However, it is important to note that once you make a booking, we start our preparation. From reserving accommodations and coordinating with local guides, to securing permits etc.. begins which requires time, effort as well as money. So at least to cover our expenses we need to charge you 30% cancellation fee.
