Before travelling with Wonder Himalaya, you must first accept our terms and condition. We have carefully set our terms and conditions so that it will be easy for both of us to have a smooth, and enjoyable experience throughout the journey.
By accepting these terms, you agree with the policies regarding bookings, cancellations, changes to itinerary, and payment schedules. These guidelines are not only designed to protect our service but also to ensure your safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
General Booking Conditions:
If you are planning to book a tour from Wonder Himalaya, you must first provide us a photocopy of your password and 30% deposit of the total cost of the overall trip at the time of booking. The thirty percent down-payment is non refundable and act as a fee in case you canceled the trip. This is to ensure a proper commitment from both parties.
You can pay the rest of the fee once you land at Kathmandu or before starting our journey.
In case you’re travelling to Bhutan or Tibet, you must submit the due amount at least 20 days before the trip. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your trip.

You can make the payment in 2 ways, either by Swift/ Wire Transfer or Credit Card. Also, direct cash is accepted.

In case you decide to Postpone your trip because of any reasons, you must first provide us a written notice at least fifteen days before the trip, then we’ll consider about it.
Postpone the TripYou can postpone your trip any time, if you are facing any health hazards. You wont be charged a single penny if you provide us the valid documents regarding the health problems. You can reschedule your trip any day you feel better.
Free Trip PostponeIf you decide not to pursue the trip and cancel it, then the 30% initial down payment will not be refunded. As we mention earlier, the 30% down payment will act as a trip cancellation fee. In case if you have paid full amount or more than 30%, we’ll return back the rest of the money to you.
Cancellation PolicySometimes a trip might be affected due to some unavoidable circumstances which might be due to the change in the rule and regulations of the country, new laws, government restriction, natural calamities, political instability, cancellations of flights, sickness or accidents, or even because of the breakdown of vehicles. In this case, we are not liable and all the extra cost is up to the client. A solution to be out of these problems is getting a travel insurance.
Risk and liabilitiesIf you decide not to travel further and return back from the half way or without reaching the destination, then Wonder Himalaya is not liable for the refund.
Incomplete TourIf somehow your trip gets canceled due to some unforeseen circumstances like natural disaster or wars, we’ll make sure that the money you paid us will not go waste. We’ll arrange you next trek to somewhere else and make sure your time with Wonder Himalaya will be enjoyable.
Unforseen CircumstancesSometimes during the bad weather the flights might get delayed or even cancelled, especially in the areas like Everest region, Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simkot, and Jumla region. As this problem is more likely to occur, we suggest you to carry extra money with you so that you can buy some food and accommodation if the flight get delayed or cancelled. All these expenses are up to the client and Wonder Himalaya is not responsible for such problems.
Flight Delays or CancellationIn case of any violation of rules and compelled from Nepal, Wonder Himalaya is not liable for any kinds of refund.
During the Tour DesignationWarning
All these terms and condition is only applied if you have booked a trip directly from Wonder Himalaya. If you have booked through any other agents or third party, then you must be liable to their terms and conditions.




At Wonder Himalaya, we accept last minute bookings making it easier for you. You can reserve your trip with Wonder Himalaya up to 2 days before the departure. However if you are travelling to Bhutan or Tibet, this is not valid.
